We are Gayme Plan, founded by Chris Millard — an online fitness coaching brand helping gay men to improve confidence, overcome gym anxiety and create lasting physical transformations — without the extreme fitness culture, without ‘bro’ mentality, and without feeling pressured to conform to the body ideals and expectations that can exist within parts of the gay community.
With a community of 17k followers on Instagram and a proven sales process currently converting at around 40%, we're entering our next stage of growth and looking to significantly increase the number of qualified calls we're taking each month.
We're looking for one experienced female or gay male closer who can lead sensitive conversations with empathy and confidence, uncover what's truly holding someone back and help the right men make decisions about their goals.
Our leads are generated through paid advertising, organic content, inbound enquiries and Instagram DMs, with an appointment setter helping to qualify prospects and fill the calendar.
By the time someone reaches a call, they're already familiar with Chris and the results we help men achieve.
I'm looking for somebody who is confident, emotionally intelligent and genuinely good at connecting with people. You'll either be a gay man or a woman who understands and is supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. You don't need to have the same lived experience as our clients, but you should be open-minded, empathetic and able to make our prospects feel safe, understood and comfortable being themselves.
10% of cash collected. Packages are £2,000, so £200 a client, paid as each payment lands.

40% is the close rate we run at now. You'd be expected to reach 30–35% by the end of week four and 40% by day 60. Remote, UK hours — you'll need UK evenings plus two weekday daytimes.
An application, a short call, then a live roleplay on a real scenario from our own archive. I reply to everyone within four days.
